I ordered a number around three hours ago and I tied it to an app. However, when I try to call the number It seems to be unavailable. Can someone please confirm how much time does it take for a number to become available and receive calls?
In the list of numbers on the portal, the status of the number says “In Service” but I cannot call the number.

Unfortunately when you order a number you also need to email the support email to have them activate it on their side as well.

Chris is right. You have to have them finalize the provisioning because there is a bug in their web dashboard that doesn't complete it 100%.
